This policy applies to physical products purchased directly from marriageethos.com. A third party seller’s shipping policy controls purchases completed on that seller’s platform.
We normally process in stock physical orders within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Made to order, print on demand, personalized, backordered, and preorder items may require additional production time. The product page or checkout will identify a longer expected schedule when known.
Estimated United States transit is generally 3 to 10 business days after shipment, unless a different estimate appears at checkout. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, carrier disruptions, high volume, customs, and an incorrect address may cause delays.
If we cannot ship within the time stated in the product listing or order confirmation, we will provide a revised date and request your consent to the delay when required. You may cancel the delayed order for a prompt refund. If no shipping time is stated, we will ship within the period required by applicable law.
Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout. When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order. Products in one order may arrive in separate packages or from separate fulfillment partners.
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@marriageethos.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee a correction after fulfillment begins. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect it, we may charge the actual cost of reshipping after contacting you.
If a package is damaged in transit, follow the damaged-order process in the Return Refund and Exchange Policy. If tracking has not updated or a package has not arrived by the end of the stated delivery window, contact info@marriageethos.com with your order number. We will review the tracking and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner. If tracking says delivered, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and carrier notices, then contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
International shipping is available only where shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local fees unless checkout expressly says they are included. Customs delays are outside our control. Local law may provide rights in addition to this policy.
A preorder or backorder page will state the expected ship period when available. Dates may change. If a material delay occurs, we will notify you and provide the cancellation or refund options required by law.
