This Return Refund and Exchange Policy applies to purchases made directly from Marriage Ethos at marriageethos.com. Purchases completed through Amazon, a marketplace, a retailer, or another third party are governed by that seller’s return and refund rules.
You may request a return of an eligible physical product within 30 calendar days after the carrier marks the order delivered. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging. You must provide the order number or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, email info@marriageethos.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send a product to us until we provide return instructions and confirm the return address. Items sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Nothing in this section limits a right that cannot legally be waived.
A bundle must be returned with all physical components to receive a full bundle refund. If we approve a partial bundle return, we may reduce the refund by the regular individual price of the items you keep. Digital components that have already been delivered or accessed are not refundable unless the Digital Product Policy provides otherwise.
Inspect your order promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact info@marriageethos.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we will provide a replacement, repair when appropriate, or refund. Marriage Ethos will pay reasonable return shipping when the problem is our error or an eligible defect.
For an approved return that is not caused by our error or an eligible defect, you are responsible for return shipping and for using adequate packaging. We recommend a trackable shipping method. Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
We will inspect an authorized return after it arrives. If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may need an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit. We may reduce or deny a refund if the returned item does not meet this policy, subject to applicable law.
Exchanges depend on product availability. For standard stocked products, contact info@marriageethos.com before returning the original item. The fastest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order. Made to order and print on demand merchandise is not exchangeable for size, color, or preference, but we will address defects and fulfillment errors.
You may request cancellation of a physical order before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order enters production, is packed, or ships. Digital orders generally cannot be canceled after access or delivery. If we cancel an order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item.
Books, Kindle editions, audiobooks, or other products purchased through Amazon or another third party must be returned through that third party. Marriage Ethos cannot issue a refund for money paid to another seller.
